2022 Year End Survey
It's that time again! We're asking you to take a look at the past year with Serpent & Flame and let us know what you think.
Later next week, we'll compile the results of the survey to see what areas we can focus on to improve the shop and website for you. There are a few things we already see in answers that we want to utilize in 2023. The first thing I've already. modified is making the 'New This Month' feature on the main page include all the restocked items as well. It used to only show you items that are completely new to the shop. Diffuser jewelry coming back is also another request along with selling the beads separate. These are definitely doable!
A few things we were able to improve in 2022 thanks to your feedback: offering sample wax cups, cleaning up the 'filter by' list on collections, bettering showing on items if they are regular stock or seasonal stock.
