Shipping Services

We ship with USPS and UPS. You can select your desired shipping option on check out.

Please be aware that carriers change their shipping rates 1-2 times a year. We have no control over this.

Shipping times (once we hand things over to the shipper) vary based on the service you select. We are unable to control how packages move through system once we hand things to the post office so we do not like to guarantee exact shipping times.  

Processing Times

We strive to have all of our orders shipped in a 6-9 business day window. During peak times or when we are traveling, processing times may vary. The green banner at the top of our website will always have our current processing times. 

We ship orders two or three days a week. You will receive a tracking number once your package is handed over to USPS or UPS.

Shipping for preorder events can be 4-6 weeks after the close of the event.

Local Pick Up

We offer a local pick up option. Local packages will be packed within 2-4 days (possibly longer during busy season). We will email or text you once your package is ready for pick up with instructions on how to select a pick up time. Pick up will be contactless due to covid concerns.  Because our business is also a residence, please DO NOT show up before we contact you.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We not responsible for delays due to customs. International orders can take anywhere from 7 to 45 days to arrive. If your order has not been received by 30 days, we will be happy to refund or resend your shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please provide a delivery address for a secure delivery location. If in the event that your package is stolen, you will need to file a police report and a report with the postal inspector. We are not responsible for stolen packages; however, if you submit a copy of both filed reports, we will replace your items (when possible) at a discount.
