It's that wonderful time of year where the sun gets hot and wax gets soft.
While we will do everything in our power to make sure your products get to you in tip top condition, we cannot guarantee it.
Here are the steps we will be taking this summer:
- Orders will only be shipped Monday - Wednesday to help eliminate some packages from sitting in warehouses on weekends.
- Starting next week (June 21), we anticipate shipping all wax orders with a reusable cool gel pack. This should help control the temperature of the boxes better. These cool packs can be reused so we recommend keeping them to use for your own purposes to help reduce waste.
- We recommend providing a shaded area for all packages to be delivered or using an alternate address (if possible) when one is not available. For example, some customers have their packages delivered to a relative or work address to avoid sitting on porches.
- We recommend selecting 'priority' shipping since these boxes move faster in transit (typically).
Please note: We do not refund for melted or soft products. Wax that has softened can be put in a cool (or refrigerated area) to firm up.
